- Waiver required: All founding customers must sign a participation and liability waiver before receiving a device. The waiver governs your use of the device and supersedes any conflicting terms on this website with respect to your individual purchase.
- Pricing: Price is not publicly listed and is communicated directly by the GAPR team upon inquiry. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
- Delivery: Devices are delivered in person (Los Angeles area) or shipped upon arrangement with the GAPR team. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
- Feedback participation: Founding customers agree to provide honest feedback about their experience with the device. This feedback is used for product development purposes only and will not be attributed to you publicly without your consent.
- No resale: Founding customer units are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent from GAPR, Inc.
- Return policy: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of GAPR, Inc. Please contact us directly if you have a concern with your device.
- Pre-commercial device: You acknowledge that you are purchasing a pre-commercial prototype-stage device. Features described on the website as "planned" or "in development" are not present in the current unit. Specifications are subject to change.
Participation in the founding customer program does not create any ongoing obligation between GAPR, Inc. and the customer beyond the terms of the signed waiver and these Terms of Use.
